Join us for classes, group sessions, community events and other activities at Clay Works!.
Adults and youth groups and individual classes are available at Clay Works!. If you're a beginner, our hand-building and throwing on the wheel classes offer the perfect opportunity to get your hands dirty, play with some clay and unleash your creativity. Seasoned potters and beginners and will enjoy our studio camaraderie and group sessions, where you can ask questions, share ideas, laughs and insights while honing your skills. We also host seasonal community activities where you can drop in and create a small clay project. Whether you want to enjoy time with friends, schedule a team-building event, or simply looking for a fun outing with loved ones, group activities with clay provides a fun collaborative experience.

Cost: $200 which includes all studio equipment, tools, clay, glazing and firing. Class limit of 7 students.
The instruction will be construction and wheel practice only. No trimming or glazing instruction included.
Advanced Beginners must be able to raise a 4 in cylinder
Workshop includes:
• Construction of a jar form, lid and optional handles
• Throwing off the hump
• Three types of lids

PUMPKIN LUMINARY - Glazing
Come create a beautiful pumpkin luminary to light up your Thanksgiving table. Pumpkins will be made using templates cut out of soft clay slabs. Leaves, stems and tendrils will be sculpted and added to the top. Beginner's welcome. Return to glaze the pumpkins on Sunday November 2nd. $120 covers all materials. Members: $110.
