“Class or Event Short Description” (example) will be in the yellow highlighted area of the summary of our classes and events.
“Class or Event Additional Details Description” (example) will be added to the short description on the full info page, in the yellow highlighted area.
Please complete and submit this form after completion of last class, and put marked payment box in CW payment box.
